Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel Hotel

Just came back from a cozy hotel in Africa's dry jungle. The iPad in the room was AMAZING for ordering. Staff were friendly but busy. Stunning breakfast with a view! Would go back! The garden area was even better than in photos.

We spend 2 nights in Paris lovely. Had a superior twin room with balloons, and we loved it. The most important was the staff - attentive and helpful people. The location was stunning, not too far from The Club.

I had a delightful stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. The location and lobby were impressive. I recommend requesting a refurbished room for a more enjoyable stay.

Had a really great stay for rooms to be ready, no complaint. It was clean, and I enjoyed very good location and food. The room exceeded all expectations, gorgeous with balcony. I was offered a savoury breakfast on the 10th floor.

The Pullman offers a stellar location near the Eiffel Tower, convenient access to taxis, and a great bar with excellent food and drinks. the rainfall shower is luxurious, the bed is comfortable, and the room includes a handy smart phone.

Despite some language barriers with staff and slower service at times, the comfortable room and delicious breakfast buffet added to the overall convenience and experience. The room was fantastic; had a suite, so it was super spacious, and the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony was out of this world! The location was spot on for exploring; Eiffel Tower and transport nearby made it a breeze. On the downside, the tablet in the room was acting a bit finicky, but it didn't damper the awe of our rad stay! 🗼

We partied at local football matches, feeling the energy and excitement of the games. Plus, the Californian experience à la française was epic – we felt like we were living our best life! The location at the foot of the Eiffel Tower was unbeatable and made our trip unforgettable.

I wish there were more lively and happening night activities for young party-goers like us. A better nightlife scene would have taken our fun to the next level!

The room was promptly cleaned daily, and the free-to-use computer suite was a super handy perk for sorting out flight check-ins and printing boarding passes. The view from the upgraded room was breathtaking, and the friendly staff made the switch quick and smooth - making our stay a top-notch experience! 👌

Nothing it was perfect.

Took me a while to figure out the elevator - made me feel like a human yo-yo! But who needs a gym when you're forced to ride it up and down! And don't get me started on the food options - let's just say I had a cultural foodie adventure right in my own hotel. The location couldn't be better for a busy bee like me, and the views from my room were some top-notch Eiffel Tower magic. A pleasant surprise for this non-French-speaking traveller!

The window view from our room was breathtaking, especially at night with the lights twinkling. We could even see the tower! the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to hop on/hop off buses and an RER station nearby. We enjoyed strolling along the Seine, which was just a block away. Additionally, the cell phone provided in the room was a fantastic bonus, with discounted tickets for attractions.

We were disappointed with the service at the restaurant. It was extremely crowded, causing long wait times and delays for ordering and receiving our food.

The food at FR\AME was a feast for the senses, with creative dishes and a colorful atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near several interesting museums. The fitness lounge and gym provided a great view of the city.

The check-in process took longer than expected, and there was a lack of staff to assist guests. the power outage on one of the days was quite inconvenient, especially since the lifts were not working.

I chose this hotel for a team retreat because it provides a further 23 modular meeting rooms, including the rather funky Mathieu Lehanneur-designed, 'work hard play hard' Business Playground with its cabinet of curiosities. The meeting rooms were well-equipped, facilitating productive discussions and presentations.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of 24/7 IT support to address any technical issues that arose during our meetings.

This place has a great location, near the Station, and very close to the Eiffel Tower. The service is efficient, with bell staff/porter, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services. There is also room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour service. I liked the welcome drink and the happy hour, and the room amenities are top-notch with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area is nice too, and the soundproofed rooms are a plus.

The hotel's restaurant served Californian-style cuisine with French flavors, and it was a unique adventure. Once, I found myself engulfed in the lobby by a tour group, making the huge hotel building seem petite, like a comical optical illusion.
